Labour and social welfare law

Our practice focuses on addressing questions concerning labour law and dealing with related issues. We offer comprehensive advisory services to national and international clients in all individual and collective labour law matters. Given our specialist backgrounds, we are proud to count among our clients many companies based outside of our region.

Our services include:

  • Contracts for managers (managing directors, members of management boards, other senior executives)
  • Advice and representation in connection with the termination of employment contracts (actions for damages in cases of dismissal without notice and where termination of employment is contested)
  • Representation in proceedings before the labour courts
  • Employee representation in insolvency proceedings (including the filing of claims with the insolvency protection fund)
  • Corporate restructurings (transfer of operations, severance and redundancy schemes, staff reductions, notice of termination pending the conclusion of a new contract under altered conditions)
  • Organisation of working time
  • Equal treatment at work (e.g. compensation for sexual harassment, age discrimination)
  • Hiring out employees
  • Occupational pension schemes
  • Variable forms of remuneration, bonus schemes and agreements
