Public procurement

Public contracts play an important role in stimulating growth in the economy. Public procurement law lays down rules applicable to the awarding of public contracts by authorities in the public sector (and in some cases by contractors in the private sector) and these rules present a number of pitfalls for both procurer and supplier. We represent authorities in the public sector on the one hand and contractors in the private sector on the other, in all areas of public procurement law.
